After practicing Ayurvdic Medicine for a few years, I have come to the realization that spiritual counseling is a more powerful healing tool than diet and herbs. In fact I use herbs rarely in my practice.

Nasagata rakta pitta is a condition generally occurred due to the involvement of pitta and rakta doshas. An Ayurvedic procedure avapeedana nasya with doorva swarasa along with samana oushadhis will heal this condition.

Approximately 85% patients...became symptoms free...there were relapses of the disease in about 50% of patients in my follow up study of about five to ten years, but the advantage was that in most of relapsed cases the symptoms were not so severe as in the past.

This is an old forgotten therapy that originates from India, and this practice also has roots in Tibetan medicine⁴. These therapies were born in India and traveled to Tibet and later onto China. Transcripts of these theories are difficult to trace, as these therapies were initially transmitted orally; it was much later on when the Chinese invented paper.
