The Mayor of Reynolds, Indiana has implemented a plan of action to make their town 100% energy independent, growing and producing all their electricity and heating needs without the use of fossilfuels. This will also help their agricultural community who will have more jobs growing biodiesel fuels.

Reynolds hopes to be a model to inspire all communities to see the value economically, environmentally, and politically, and to set up their own biotowns and cities.
