Editors Note: Some of these herbs are available in the East & West commonly. But for folks in India, there are excellent equivalent or even in some cases, superior herbs available. For example lungs: vasaka; camomile: brahmi, red clover: barberry. Especially for India,it is advised, as this is an ayurvedic site, to consult your ayurvedic herb list for local herbs for all conditions - you have an abundance of inexpensive miraculous herbs in your very own backyard.
